First things first … grab your props!
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE COURSE:
✧ Mat
✧ Pinky Ball (or tennis/dryer ball)
✧ Foam Roller
✧ Two small towels (one for feet, one for face)
✧ Two blocks (or two equally thick books)
✧ Theraband (or yoga strap/magic circle/scarf)
✧ A sense of humor and curiosity
Now it’s time to begin!
