Your call to action this winter is to dedicate one weekend to being deeply, unapologetically self-focused. During the three-day retreat, you will bathe in the thermal waters of Calistoga’s hot springs, enjoy exceptional California cuisine, revitalize your mind and body with daily Pilates and mindful movement classes, and restore your faith in humanity with newfound friends.
Your retreat host and movement guide, Greta Karagianes, is a classically-trained Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement expert. She brings over twenty years of experience to her precise, spirited, and highly personalized classes.

Movement Social
You are officially invited to The Movement Department’s first-ever Movement Social on Saturday, June 18th! This day-long special event will be hosted outdoors in the darling Delta town of Clarksburg, CA by a dream team of veteran movement experts including Catherine la O', Althea Cervantes, and yours truly.
You’ll be guided through 3 movement classes led by each of us: one to enhance awareness, one to build strength, and one to learn the art of deep relaxation.
We will provide a delicious plant-based lunch and in between classes you'll have time to relax and enjoy a float in the pool, make a new friend, or nap quietly in the shade!
Take this time for yourself to move, slow down, and commune with friendly folk so you can feel mentally recharged and physically restored.
